DESCRIPTION:
At Cambridge, in the Northwest end of the Yard at the center of the John F. Kennedy School of Government. The entrance to the Yard is from Eliot Street, approximately 200 feet from its intersection with Bennett Street to the West and opposite the Galleria Cinema. Station is situated atop a 3 foot high former trolley abutment now situated in the garden, bearing the inscription "Boston Elevated Railway Company". A standard 2" brass tablet set in the North end of the abutment inscribed "Harvard University Geodetic Monument GPS 1992" and stamped HSKS06.
