DESCRIPTION:
At Cambridge, near the center of Radcliffe Yard. The Yard is bounded by Garden Street, Appian Way, Brattle Street and James Place on the North, East, South, and West respectively. Station is set in the concrete foundation of a manhole situated approximately 156 feet Northwest of Longfellow Hall and 50 feet Southwest of the Northeasterly sidewalk circumferencing the Yard. A standard 2" brass tablet set in the apron inscribed "Harvard University Geodetic Monument GPS 1992" and stamped RYRD11.
