PIRC Appointments
Appointments are required for researchers outside HRES, UPO and ADG. Please contact the information coordinator to arrange a convenient time. Although appointments are not required for staff, we highly recommend them. Appointments allow us to provide quality and personalized service and help ensure the availability of space and equipment.
What You Will Need When You Visit
Architects, engineers, project managers, and facility managers working on Harvard projects must present a valid 33-digit account code, valid photo identification, and the name of the their project manager. Access to scholars is limited to unrestricted material, and requires a valid Harvard identification and a letter of introduction.
PIRC Orientations
The PIRC typically offers orientations for new staff and other interested parties at 10:00 am on Wednesdays. We are pleased to arrange a mutually convenient day and/or time. Please contact us to schedule an orientation. The PIRC is also available for department-specific and research-specific orientations for PIRC or Harvard information resources.
All researchers must follow reading room rules.
