Town Gown Report
Harvard — together with the other universities in Cambridge, Lesley and MIT — annually reports to the City on current conditions, student and employment population statistics, and future plans for Harvard’s Cambridge campus. Among the topics covered are statistics on buildings and land owned or leased by the University, programs offered to manage transportation demand, efforts to conduct University operations in a more environmentally sustainable manner, and the status of current and planned construction projects. The purpose is to share information about the institutional planning process with City agencies and the community, and to describe future needs and plans responding to those needs.
